You may notice that there are a few changes to the site. The Blog and revised Guestbook were key to maintaining an up to date site while minimizing the effort we need to put into managing spam and quick announcements. However, these features we primarily added to allow us to bring you a better site.  Two other changes we are pleased to announce are focused on you the user and how you interact with our site.  Each page now has two new items below the family crest.

The first is an image that when clicked will take you to a main search page.  We were having issues with the placement of our search bar due to the introduction of wide screen monitors which I am sure some of you experienced.  This new method will allow all visitors to browse the site without needing to resize their window.  Our next upgrade is something we’ve wanted for a long time but never got to.  Each page now has a Jump Menu with all the surnames listed. This will allow you to more quickly jump to a name no matter where you are on the site.
